You will need to log in to your account at www.MySchoolDC.org to see your lottery results – or check your email if you provided an email address. If you were matched with a school through the lottery, you must accept your space by completing the New Student Admission Documents and presenting Proof of Residency by May 1, 2018. To accept your space you must submit ALL required enrollment forms and proved DC Residency.
If you fail to complete the mandated documents, inclusive of providing DC Residency by the city-wide deadline of May 1, 2018, your child will be moved to the waitlist.
The documents to be completed:
- SY18-19 Enrollment Form
- Emergency Contact Form
- Home Language Survey
All new students must provide the following documents must be provided to the school the following documents by the specified dates:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Individualized Educational Plan or 504 Plan (if applicable)
- Most Recent Report Card (Upon Acceptance)
- Final Report Card (June 2018)
Parents/Guardians may complete and provide documents at Richard Wright PCS Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm; and Fridays 9am-3pm.
