Kids Ride Free Distribution Events Beginning October 1, 2018, students will no longer be able to use their DC One Cards to access public transportation. Students who use Metrorail, Metrobus, or the DC Circulator to get to and from school and school-related activities will need to obtain a new Kids Ride Free SmarTrip card.
